They won't phone him and suggest he puts more relevant documentation in to them, they'll just reject the application and I'll be stuck with his tree dropping branches into my garden andcompletely shading my lawn!Richard Hardiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12053966010128373952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8622544917745692912.post-17302961298944065812014-07-14T13:44:09.717+01:002014-07-14T13:44:09.717+01:00Sorry you've had all these hassles, Richard! The whole thing has gone full circle with all the wrong documentation in the wrong order!<br />It's the TPO we want removed so the darn thing can be felled. Maybe I can sort out two problems at the same time and go out with a chainsaw on night and (by accident) it could go right through their new garage. Problem solved!Richard Hardiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12053966010128373952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8622544917745692912.post-40299799399657256242014-07-11T19:25:40.731+01:002014-07-11T19:25:40.731+01:00Neighbours and trees! We've got them, too, but...Neighbours and trees! We've got them, too, but yours takes the proverbial biscuit. I think I'd have to write an application in verse. ;-)Marit Meredithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02822153372000993671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8622544917745692912.post-87588082622359107172014-07-11T19:21:04.364+01:002014-07-11T19:21:04.364+01:00Mad. The walnut tree was on the edge of what would be the foundation trench of the new building. Now it has a tpo, and apart from having to apply for permission to prune, we have a lovely tree.Carol Hedgeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10359578624109905400noreply@blogger.com
